We do not sell or rent our customers’ information to any outside companies or organizations.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and User Agreement in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. Our Use of “Cookies”

Internal Uses

We collect, store and process your loved one’s personal information on our servers located in Dallas, Texas. We use the information we collect about your loved one in order 1) to complete a Death Certificate and other required legal documents required for cremation 2) to provide customer service, 3) to complete the cremation arrangements in accordance to your wishes 4) to improve our products and services.

We give access to individually identifiable information about our families only to those employees and agents who require it to fulfill the cremation wishes of the family. We provide protection against unauthorized disclosure of information you share with us. We limit associate access to our customer files only to those on a need-to-know case. We also educate these associates about their responsibility to protect your privacy, and we give them clear guidelines for adhering to our policies and standards.

Our Contact with North Texas Funerals and Cremations Families

We communicate with our families on a regular basis via e-mail and telephone to provide requested services and to resolve customer issues. We use your e-mail address to confirm your opening of a North Texas Funerals and Cremations information file, to send information about important changes to our products and services, to send your password to you if it forgotten, and to send notices and other disclosures required by law. Generally, users cannot opt out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.
